Was a bit disappointed about a weak selection of bread at breakfast. But good coffee. Do wish to have more than one or two english-speaking TV-channesl. Subtitling is better than dubbing. Way to expensive internet connection. Most Scandinavian hotels do have free internet access.

The location of this hotel is very convenient for travelers with suitcases as it is right next to the conference center. It is also situated on an island in the river, which offers a beautiful park for an evening stroll.
The exterior of the hotel may appear a bit shabby, which can be off-putting for some guests.

Ik houd het kort "I will never stay there again" Neither will my friends.
I will certainly send a complaint to the hotel.I reserved via your service and I sent the hotel three emails with questions to them over a period of more than two weeks. I didn't receive one answer back. Bad service. Then they charged me extra.

One of the staff members - Frederic was particularly helpful and well-informed. His assistance was the best part of the hotel
The rooms are in poor condition and dirty. The balcony frame for example was filthy. The beds were substandard, old and I could not sleep as the mattress was sagging so much.

Former Holiday Inn. Hence, foreseeable room comfort. Nice views on the Meuse river and the city of Liège
Needs a refresh. The surroundings, parking, Palais de Congrès are not well maintained and look very run down. Hotel was a glory in the past. On sunday when checking out whe experienced very rude staff. Not towards us but towards an elderly woman who clearly had suffered some sort of attack in the past.

The breakfast was decent and the rooms were clean. The hotel was located near a corner shop and a music venue, which might offer some entertainment. The staff were polite and helpful with directions and advice.
The hotel was very noisy during the Christmas period, with constant partying and loud music coming from nearby venues. The lack of soundproof windows made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

Convention center is nearby here. Training machines and its staff are very good. Room is wide and clean.
The lock of door to balcony was broken. (I found a wooden door stopper.) WiFi condition is very bad.

The hotel has a nice restaurant/bar at the ground floor. Friendly staff and appropriate lodging. Wireless internet works properly.
The rooms are clean but most of the hotel seems to be used only when there is an event in the nearby congress palace. The heating was not operational (but they provided me an electric heater after I signaled the problem. The problem was already known to them, though) the location is poor, the surroundings are a bit dodgy and you must walk 10-15 minutes to get to a decent restaurant or a mall. next time better going to an hotel in the city center. the breakfast costs 16 (SIXTEEN) Euro per day/person...
